Here’s a clear, step-by-step outline for creating a task using the screen shown (perfect for training or a Tebtalks demo video):

  1. Open Task Creation
    Click Add Task to open the Task Info page.

  2. Enter Task Title
    Type a clear task name in the Title field (this is required).

  3. Select Task Category
    Choose an existing category or click Add to create a new one.

  4. Choose a Project
    Assign the task to a specific Project (optional but recommended for organization).

  5. Set Dates

    • Select the Start Date

    • Select the Due Date, or check Without Due Date if not needed.

  6. Set Task Status
    Choose the current status (e.g., Doing, Pending, Completed).

  7. Assign the Task
    Select the person responsible under Assigned To, or add a new user if needed.

  8. Add Task Description
    Use the editor to explain task details, instructions, or expectations.

  9. Other Details (Optional but Powerful)

    • Add a Label

    • Link to a Milestone
